How does messaging with my teacher work?

You can message your teacher anytime through the platform once you’re logged in. If you get stuck during practice, simply send a question or upload a video of your playing for personalized feedback. Your teacher will review it and guide you on how to improve.

Can I reschedule or cancel a live video lesson?

Yes, you can reschedule or cancel a live video lesson up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time. If the change or cancellation is made within 48 hours, one lesson credit will be considered used.

My teacher’s schedule doesn’t match mine. What should I do?

Please start by discussing possible dates with your teacher via chat. If you are unable to find a suitable time even after coordinating, we can arrange a teacher change. In that case, please contact us through the inquiry form.

Is it okay for beginners?

Absolutely. Our teachers will provide careful support tailored to your level.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Please complete the cancellation process from the ‘Manage Subscription’ page. You can cancel for any reason in the first 14 days and get a full refund, just contact us through the inquiry form.
